Job summary

Barchester is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team. You will drive occupancy by handling enquiries, networking locally, and delivering diverse sales and marketing activities to promote the home.

The role requires proven sales/marketing experience, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and strong communication with residents and the community. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Excel/PowerPoint.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and the home in a friendly, professional manner.
• Own all sales activity for the home and drive occupancy targets.
• Talk to potential residents over the phone and provide welcoming tours.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand needs and experiences.
• Respond to sales enquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.

We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance

NEED TO HAVE
