Barchester are recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our prestigious care home team in Huntingdon. You will manage enquiries, drive occupancy targets and deliver a full range of sales and marketing activities to promote the home.

With proven sales and marketing experience, you will analyse data (CRM systems) and network within the local community to raise the home’s profile. A proactive, self-motivated approach and knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales and marketing experience; healthcare experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to analyse data in CRM applications such as Salesforce.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community. NEED TO DO

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
