Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our prestigious care home team in Boroughbridge. You will drive occupancy by delivering a full range of sales and marketing activities, handling enquiries, developing the home's digital profile, and networking with the local community.

You will work with an exceptional management team, represent the home in a friendly and professional manner, and report on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience (healthcare preferred).
• Experience analysing data in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Strong interpersonal and professional qualities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and the home professionally.
• Manage all sales activity for the home.
• Talk to potential residents over the phone and provide tours.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand needs.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.

We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. This is your opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of a first-class care home. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance

NEED TO HAVE

• Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
• Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
• Be self-motivated and target driven
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
• Full UK driving licence.
