Job summary

Asahi UK is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to support the Customer Collaboration team with key administrative tasks and data handling to ensure the smooth flow of goods from UK warehouses to customers. You will collate data for insights to enable quick decision making.

Accountable for supporting the order-to-cash process, ensuring supply chain alignment with commercial teams, and optimising mutual supply chain costs.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with data manipulation and reporting experience.
• Clear, proactive communication across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, detail-driven organisation.
• Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Collaboration with administrative tasks to ensure smooth goods flow from UK warehouses to customers.
• Own bespoke customer service reporting daily and weekly.
• Monitor orders vs demand forecast, investigate variances and root causes.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and UK Distribution to update SAP records accurately.
• Utilise SAP and Power BI to collate data for insight and decision making.
• Prepare monthly operational reports with actionable commentary.
• Maintain and update the Customer Promo Calendar Power BI dashboard.
