Job summary

Qualifications

• Applicants must have GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
• Proactive approach to tasks and opportunities with urgency and energy.
• Customer focus with ability to build relationships and deliver solutions.
• Accountability and reliability to meet commitments.
• Clear written and verbal communication across audiences; IT familiarity with Excel/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Representing the customer within the department at meetings.
• Communicating order requirement changes to the client in a timely manner.
• Undertaking analysis and reporting on abnormal demand findings.
• Running reports and distributing them to relevant departments.
• Acting as onsite representative to expedite parts to the warehouse and provide customer care.
