Cummins Inc. is offering a 12-month Supply Chain Planning placement in Huddersfield. The role is onsite with some flexibility, designed for students on a placement year starting Summer 2027.

You will work with global teams to publish metrics, track performance, and drive improvement across the supply chain. You will gain exposure to data manipulation, cross-site projects, and stakeholder collaboration while developing practical skills in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint within a major global

Qualifications

• Applicants studying across a broad range of degrees including Business, Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Good level of Microsoft skills with Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills to work across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Updating and publication of global scorecards and metrics for the business.
• Ensure metrics are tracked to enable continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Global Project Teams, Material Planning, Demand Management, Account Management and Purchasing to document improvement initiatives.
