Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Requires experience in customer order management, account management, or supply chain.
• Export controls/sanctions compliance licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts throughout the order lifecycle.
• Coordinate with customers, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments.
• Resolve complex inquiries and escalations with solid system knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Maintain detailed records and manage export/shipping documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Proactively communicate order updates and manage customer expectations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address quality issues and non-conformance claims.
• Prepare reports and monitor order management metrics to support business goals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
