Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned accounts and manage the entire order lifecycle.
• Coordinate with customers, distribution centers, manufacturing plants and cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments.
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with accurate data and strong problem solving.
• Maintain accurate records and export/shipping documentation in compliance with policies.
• Proactively communicate order updates and manage customer expectations.
