Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a professional telephone/email presence.
• Clear, proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• High accuracy in data entry and process handling to support order/invoice workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide call handling within the department from 08:30 to 17:00 with urgency.
• Process orders through SAP and EDI/AI to meet daily/weekly/monthly deadlines.
• Manage loan billing activities via SAP and align with reporting requirements.
• Use GHX for order validation and release processes.
• Coordinate with courier providers for collections and deliveries, investigate issues.
• Handle loan kit bookings, returns and manual bookings when needed.
• Offer alternative processing solutions when automated systems are down.
• Inform customers about stock shortages and propose alternatives to avoid cancellations.
• Deliver professional, responsive support to internal and external stakeholders by phone and email.
• Train and support team members to sustain high service standards.
• Identify process improvements and embed changes across the team.
