Job summary

Acumed Ltd., part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Business Services Specialist to handle customer inquiries, orders, quotes, data requests and related billing activities. You will own end-to-end processing and ensure timely, accurate service across SAP, EDI/AI and GHX systems.

In this role you’ll deliver professional, responsive support to internal and external customers, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience processing orders and data requests using SAP, EDI/AI systems and GHX.
• Ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines with accuracy.
• Customer-focused communication and problem‑solving with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and email support within 08:30–17:00 pattern with urgency.
• Process and oversee customer orders through SAP and EDI/AI systems and ensure deadlines.
• Manage loan billing activities through SAP and related reporting requirements.
• Liaise with courier providers for collections and deliveries and investigate issues.
• Handle loan kit bookings, returns and collections and manual bookings when needed.
• Offer alternative processing solutions when automation is unavailable.
• Inform customers of stock shortages and propose suitable alternatives to avoid cancellations.
• Deliver professional, responsive, customer-focused support to stakeholders.
• Train colleagues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
