Job summary

Atkore is seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our UK team. You will manage customer orders, respond to queries, and promote our products through outbound calls while ensuring timely communication with internal and external teams.

Key duties include processing orders in Infor and Salesforce, preparing quotations, supporting credit/debit administration, and arranging transport for non-standard deliveries, all while delivering a high level of service.

Qualifications

• GCSE level or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; CRM experience preferred (Salesforce or Infor).
• Strong telephone manners and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; good time management.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders using Infor and Salesforce, check inventory, and log interactions.
• Provide quotes and support the external sales team with account information.
• Maintain communication with customers, transport companies, and internal teams.
• Arrange transport for non-standard deliveries and resolve delivery issues.
