Tagged Resources Ltd. is seeking a Customer Business Administrator to nurture and develop key customer accounts across Healthcare, Teamwear and University sectors. You will be the main contact for queries, manage renewals, place orders, and coordinate UK deliveries while expanding partnerships.

The role emphasizes a proactive, customer-centric approach, with strong Excel and ERP knowledge preferred. A fast-paced, team-oriented environment offers career progression within the Group.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with Healthcare, Teamwear and University/College customers.
• Act as principal point of contact for queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop relationships with prospective colleges and secure partnerships.
• Manage account renewals and ongoing customer aftercare.
• Place, monitor and track customer orders through to delivery.
• Coordinate UK and international deliveries and manage delivery schedules.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Prepare quotations and estimates.
• Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
