Job summary

BMW UK in Farnborough is offering a Marketing Brand Communications placement year for July 2027. You will join the Brand Communications team and gain hands-on experience across advertising, websites, social media, retailer marketing and customer data while contributing ideas from day one.

During the placement you will work with colleagues across BMW UK and agency partners to deliver campaigns, amplify experiential activity and build a strong professional network in a premium brand environment.

Qualifications

• Be studying towards a Bachelor's degree and on track for at least a 2:2.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent spelling, punctuation and grammar with high attention to detail.
• Demonstrates initiative and ability to present ideas with justification.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and coordination of marketing activities across advertising, websites, social media, and retailer marketing.
• Collaborate with Brand Communications team and agency partners to support campaigns.
• Support communication and amplification of experiential activity across channels.
• Engage in a hands-on placement, contributing ideas and learning across product, brand and communications.
