Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, customer service, customer retention or contact centre environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working towards performance or sales targets.
• Good working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining customer records.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers nearing the end of their finance agreements via phone, email and SMS.
• Build rapport and guide customers through renewal options.
• Manage customer leads and maximise conversion opportunities.
• Accurately update CRM with customer interactions and preferences.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving targets.
• Gather customer feedback to improve future campaigns.
• Ensure communications comply with GDPR, FCA regulations and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
