Job summary

BRELLIS RECRUITMENT LIMITED is recruiting for a Customer Service Executive in Coventry to support a manufacturer with order, delivery and stock coordination. The role is office-based and involves data analysis in Excel, invoicing, and stock management.

You will work with the Brand and Retail team to ensure customers receive what they need, when they need it, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Confident using Excel to analyse and interpret data.
• Experience in invoicing.
• Competent using SAP and MRP systems.
• Well organised, with the ability to multi-task and manage a varied workload.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Organising and coordinating deliveries to customers.
• Managing stock holding levels, keeping records accurate and up to date.
• Analysing and interpreting data in Excel to support day-to-day decision making.
• Handling invoicing accurately and efficiently.
• Using SAP and MRP systems to process orders and manage stock.
• Liaising with colleagues across the business to keep customers informed and issues resolved quickly.
