Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Customer Liaison Representative for the Link Facility at BAE Systems' Warton & Samlesbury sites. The role focuses on greeting visitors, directing them appropriately, and maintaining a welcoming, safe atmosphere as the first point of contact.

You will review bookings via the kiosk, support Supervisors, coordinate visitor flow and ensure high service standards, with a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to contribute as part of a team and deliver quality service.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to handle priorities.
• Proven high level of customer service and effective communication in English.
• Interpersonal and written/spoken English skills at a professional level.
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications; computer proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and direct visitors to appropriate areas.
• Monitor and coordinate bookings using the kiosk system/platform.
• Support supervisors and act as first point of contact for customers.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and service quality.
• Identify issues, report defects and assist with corrective actions.
