Certas Energy is recruiting a Customer Account Manager for our Wrexham operation. You will drive consultative selling, manage a growing commercial accounts portfolio and work to maximise sales through up-selling and cross-selling.

Formación

• Proven track record in telephone selling and upselling.
• Experience in account management desirable.
• GCSE Maths and English completed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain knowledge of our commercial products and services.
• Handle inbound customer contact via calls, emails, and other channels with a consultative approach.
• Identify and maximise sales opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate sales prices within authority to maximise profitability.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial accounts while protecting margin.
• Build strong professional relationships to prevent churn and support cross-functional teams.
• Record interactions and opportunities in the systems.
