Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails to identify customer needs and deliver satisfaction.
• Purchase stock and manage POS operations, communicating with colleagues.
• Provide customers with updates and maintain general operations in the POS.
• Support warehouse tasks including picking, packing, receiving and shipping.
