Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or warehouse operations.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Willingness to progress into managerial or senior sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls and emails to identify and meet customers' needs.
• Purchasing stock and managing POS and general operations.
• Warehouse tasks: picking, packing, receiving, cycle counts, and shipping processing.
• Forklift licence would be a big plus but can be obtained on-the-job.
