Job summary

People Solutions is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Kettering/Islip (NN14 3JW). You will handle loading/unloading, stock sorting, and order picking, contributing to a fast-paced, safety-focused warehouse environment.

The role offers long-term ongoing work with competitive hourly rates, a weekend uplift, and clear progression paths into Team Leader and Supervisor roles, plus on-site gym, canteen, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is essential.
• LLOP experience desirable but not essential.
• Own transport required due to site location and shifts.
• Ability to work fixed AM shifts and weekend rotations.
• Must be able to pass Drug and Alcohol and basic literacy tests.
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading/unloading of vehicles.
• Sort and palletise stock and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Pick goods using LLOP equipment to KPI targets.
• Maintain high housekeeping and health and safety standards.
• Operate LLOP vehicles safely and efficiently.
