Job summary

Marshall Motor Group in England is seeking a customer-focused Front of House Advisor to be the crucial link between customers and the workshop. You will welcome customers, keep them informed throughout the process, and proactively follow up to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction.

You'll handle admin tasks, support customers with future vehicle needs, and act as a trusted advisor on maintenance, repairs and service plans. Full-time, 45 hours per week, with Saturday mornings on a rota.

Responsibilities
