Job summary

Swansway Group is seeking a dynamic Service Advisor to lead front-of-house in our aftersales department. You will deliver exceptional service, manage customer communications, and coordinate workshop bookings to ensure every customer leaves informed and satisfied.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of dealership experience, a flexible team attitude, and a strong understanding of vehicle systems with upselling experience and a valid licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months' experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment.
• Flexible team player attitude to support aftersales during busy periods.
• Results-focused mindset with resilience and ability to overcome obstacles.
• Strong technical awareness or understanding of vehicles and their components.
• Experience in upselling products or services; valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide informed, responsive, and efficient service to customers via telephone, email, or walk-in enquiries.
• Meet and greet customers, qualify work, and identify additional needs during vehicle drop-offs.
• Seek continuous customer service improvement opportunities within the aftersales department and share feedback with management.
• Book workshop tasks accurately and ensure effective communication to facilitate smooth aftersales operations.
• Manage customer communication, provide timely updates on repairs, and obtain authorisation for additional work.
