Job summary

Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care is seeking a Sales Advisor to warmly greet customers and help them choose glasses or hearing products in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

You will assist customers with product selection, provide expert advice on frames, lenses and hearing care, and process sales using in-branch systems. Full training and a supportive, family-run culture are on offer to help you grow within the business.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable attitude with strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with initiative.
• Basic IT skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Assist customers in selecting optical and hearing products.
• Provide clear advice on frame styles, lenses and hearing care.
• Process sales and bookings using in-branch systems.
• Support stock management and merchandising.
• Keep the store clean, welcoming and well presented.
• Collaborate with Optometrists, Hearing Aid Audiologists and the branch team.
