Job summary

Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Advisor who will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose eyewear and hearing products in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will greet customers warmly, provide expert advice on frames, lenses, and hearing care, process sales and bookings, and collaborate with optics and audiology teams to ensure a seamless journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
• Good IT basics and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
• Assist customers in selecting optical and hearing products
• Provide clear, helpful advice on frame styles, lenses, and hearing care
• Process sales and bookings using in-branch systems
• Support stock management and merchandising
• Keep the store clean, welcoming, and well presented
• Work closely with Optometrists, Hearing Aid Audiologists and the wider branch team to ensure a seamless customer journey
