Job summary

Naylor's Equestrian Llp in Croydon is hiring a Store Colleague to deliver an outstanding customer experience and uphold the store’s high standards. You will be on the shop floor greeting customers, keeping displays sharp, replenishing stock, and supporting daily store operations.

You will work with a friendly team to ensure excellent service, process transactions, and assist customers with product information while maintaining presentation and stock availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Responsible for achieving team sales objectives by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and promoting complementary items.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays, and stock areas are clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.
• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required.
