Job summary

Hayley Dexis is seeking a Customer-Facing Engineering Stores Apprentice to join our onsite team in Sherburn. This full-time apprenticeship blends stores, procurement, and customer service in a busy manufacturing environment, working directly with engineers and site teams.

You will undertake a Customer Service apprenticeship with a level based on your current qualifications, gaining real-world experience and opening pathways to permanent roles within the company.

Hayley Dexis is looking for a Customer-Facing Engineering Stores Apprentice to join our onsite team supporting a busy manufacturing environment in Sherburn.

This is not your typical warehouse role - it’s an exciting opportunity to start a long-term career in engineering stores, procurement, and operations, working directly with engineers and site teams where your work has a real impact.

About The Role

You’ll be based onsite at a customer’s facility, working in a customer-facing engineering stores environment. You’ll play a key role in making sure critical machine parts and components are available when needed - helping to keep operations running efficiently and reduce downtime.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how stores, engineering, and customer service come together in a real working environment.

Successful candidates will undertake an apprenticeship in Customer Service. The level of qualification will depend on what current level of qualification you have achieved already.
