Job summary

Hayley Dexis is looking for a Customer-Facing Engineering Stores Apprentice to join our onsite team in Sherburn. You’ll help ensure critical machine parts are available and support a busy engineering environment, reducing downtime and improving efficiency.

This 16-month apprenticeship in Customer Service (Level 2 or 3 depending on prior qualifications) includes study during working hours, with potential progression to Customer Service or Internal Sales and training through the Hayley Academy.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths required.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Willingness to learn and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure critical parts are available to keep site operations running.
• Learn stores, engineering and customer service processes in a real environment.
• Support apprenticeship study and develop through Hayley Academy.
