Job summary

ASI Recruitment Ltd is representing a franchised automotive dealership in Corby seeking an experienced Service Advisor. You will greet customers, schedule services and inform them of progress while offering service plans.

A strong customer service background in automotive Aftersales is required to ensure customer satisfaction. The role features a salary up to £32,000 basic plus OTE, with a Monday–Friday pattern and one in three Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Proven background in customer service.
• Automotive Aftersales experience required.
• Attention to detail and strong customer care.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and scheduling services.
• Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle.
• Providing additional services including service plans.
