Qualifications

• 5 years of trackable UK work history or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, leisure, security or other customer-facing environments.
• Excellent communication and people skills; ability to remain professional under pressure.
• Emotional intelligence and confident decision-making in challenging situations.
• Pride in delivering high standards and customer service every day.

Responsibilities

• Create a visible, welcoming and reassuring presence within store.
