Job summary

HomeServe UK is looking for passionate Claims Advisors to join the busy Claims Department in Walsall. You will be the first contact for customers making a claim, taking ownership of interactions and delivering a professional, empathetic service.

Training and onboarding are provided, with a fixed start date of 23rd November 2026. The role offers a starting salary of £28,000 per year, with hybrid working available after successful probation.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Willingness to learn and adapt to processes

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers making a claim
