HomeServe is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Claims team in Preston. You will be the first point of contact for customers making a claim, taking ownership of interactions and delivering a professional, empathetic service while progressing claims efficiently.

The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with a starting salary of £28,000 per year. After probation, hybrid working is available, and comprehensive training will be provided to support your success.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Empathetic and professional in fast-paced environments.
