Job summary

HomeServe UK in Walsall is seeking a proactive Claims Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers making a claim. You will take ownership of interactions, ensure professional and empathetic service, and support with engineer scheduling and query resolution.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a fixed start date and a probation period. Starting salary is £28,000 per year, with hybrid working available following successful completion of probation.

Qualifications

• To join us as a Claims Advisor, you do not need a specific background or qualifications.
