HomeServe UK is seeking a customer‑focused Claims Advisor to join the Claims Department in Walsall. You will be the first point of contact for customers making a claim, taking ownership of interactions and delivering a professional, empathetic service.

Successful candidates will join a comprehensive training programme with a fixed start date of 23 November 2026. The role offers a competitive starting salary and hybrid working after probation.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
