Job summary

Mitie is seeking a dedicated Workplace Facilities Coordinator for maternity cover to be the customer-facing link for our services across three Leeds sites. You will log and manage FM calls, coordinate with Floor Leads, and ensure clean, safe, and compliant environments while supporting fire procedures and CAFM systems.

Strong communication and problem-solving are essential to delight building occupants daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment is essential.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with individuals and groups.
• Organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Log and chase work orders for facilities issues via CAFM systems.
• Act as first point of contact for FM related issues for occupants.
• Coordinate across three Leeds sites and support floor leads with updates.
• Support Fire Safety procedures as part of building procedures.
