Responsibilities

• Maintain venue housekeeping to high standard, including gaming equipment, floors and surfaces.
• Provide service rounds and refreshments per brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and flag suspicious activity.
• Assist with administration with 100% accuracy.
• Support promotions to run smoothly and be successful.
• Deliver customer service aligned with company standards and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Log interactions per policies.
• Maintain brand dress code while on duty.
• Improve product knowledge to support the customer journey.
• Understand safeguarding and Challenge 25 policies.
