Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain venue housekeeping to high standards (gaming equipment, floors, walls).
• Offer service rounds and refreshments per brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour for suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration to achieve 100% accuracy.
• Support promotions to run smoothly and succeed.
• Ensure customer service aligns with company standards and achieves satisfaction.
