Job summary

Merkur Slots UK Limited is seeking a Night Supervisor for our Stockport venue. The role covers 36 hours per week with pay between £13.53 and £14.53 per hour, with a night rate of £14.53 between 23:00 and 06:00. You will lead shifts, ensure service standards and drive revenue in a dynamic gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role within gaming, retail, hospitality, or similar industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with leading and mentoring others.
• Flexible and adaptable to shift patterns.
• Willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for opening, trading and closure of the venue.
• Assist the venue manager in day‑to‑day activities.
• Maintain high interior/exterior and housekeeping standards.
• Establish and maintain customer service standards and maximise income.
• Implement marketing/promotional activities to maximise revenue.
• Assist senior managers to maximise business opportunities.
