Qualifications

• Great customer service, with the ability to communicate well at all levels.

• Friendly, supportive and helpful team player.
• Flexibility with working hours and shift patterns.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at reception, host parties and serve food & drink from the bar and diner.
• Provide professional and engaging customer service with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Support across key areas of the centre and may work in the Kitchen as required.
