Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Team Member to be at the heart of the customer journey, delivering engaging and friendly service across reception, party hosting, and food & beverage at our centres. You’ll be trained across key areas and may assist in the kitchen as needed.

Daily shifts run across seven days, with induction and ongoing development programmes, including apprenticeships and management training. Enjoy benefits and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Great customer service, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• High energy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, supportive and helpful team player.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at reception, host parties and serve food & drink from the bar and diner.
• Provide outstanding customer service with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Work across centre areas and support the customer journey, including kitchen duties when required.
