Role Overview: Customer Experience Team Manager
Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, this role involves leading a team to meet performance targets through excellent customer service. You will identify opportunities to add value through sales and service of our bottled gas and bulk clients.
While our roots are in fossil fuels, we are transitioning towards delivering 100% renewable energy by 2040. We support customers in reducing emissions by switching from oil to gas and are developing offerings like heat pumps, solar panels, bio-fuels, and renewable gases.
