About the Role

We are seeking aTeam Managerto lead, mentor, and support a team of Environmental Enforcement Officers. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring food service establishments (FSEs) comply with wastewater discharge regulations, ultimately creating a more sustainable environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of field-basedEnvironmental Enforcement Officersto ensure effective service delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance to officers, helping them understand compliance requirements.
  • Build strong relationships withclients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and ongoing engagement.
  • Oversee the education and training of FSEs, helping them meetlegal wastewater discharge requirements.
  • Take ownership of client KPIs, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Conducton-site inspectionsto assess wastewater management practices, advising businesses on best practices.
  • Document and submit detailed reports for enforcement consideration where necessary.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in line withhealth and safety standards.
  • Record daily activities using the company’s CRM system.

What We’re Looking For

  • Aproactive leaderwith at least3 years of management experience(operations management preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability tomentor and motivatea team.
  • Experience inenvironmental compliance, enforcement, or regulatory affairsis desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • A validUK Driving Licence(essential, as this is a field-based role).
