Leisuretime by Toureasy is growing – and we’re on the lookout for an Operations Supervisor to join our friendly and passionate team. You’ll be at the heart of making our coach holidays run smoothly, ensuring every detail is in place and our customers come home smiling.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the planning and delivery of day trips, short breaks and holidays
Coordinating with suppliers (hotels, attractions, coach operators, guides)
Monitoring costs and ensuring quality standards are consistently met
Problem-solving operational issues as they arise – quickly and calmly
Collaborating with our Customer Service & Operations Manager
Identifying ways we can improve efficiency, service, and the customer experience
Ensuring all tours meet compliance, health & safety and legal standards
What we’re looking for:
? At least 2–3 years’ experience in the travel or tourism industry, maybe more?
? Coach holidays, group travel or operational tour experience is a big plus
? A natural problem solver – resourceful, calm and practical under pressure
? Strong communicator – confident with both suppliers and colleagues
? Highly organised and detail-focused – with great time management
? Tech-savvy – Microsoft Office, booking and ops systems
? A team player – even without direct reports, you’re collaborative and reliable
? Flexible remote working – Ideally based within 30 mins of the M4 corridor (London to Swansea), but we’re open to being flexible for the right person

You’ll also be part of our on-call team, with occasional evening or weekend support during peak times.
