Job summary

White Stuff in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to lead the team in delivering an amazing in-store experience. You will work with the Shop Manager to maintain high commercial, visual and operational standards while developing and training your team.

You will coach staff, drive customer engagement, and oversee promotions, stock, and store events to ensure strong sales and brand standards on the high street.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team to hit sales and service targets.
• Knowledge of data protection and multichannel shopping practices will help you excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure excellent customer service aligned with ACE pillars.
• Coach and develop team members; deliver shop KPIs and training.
• Oversee visual standards, floor moves, displays and replenishment.
• Drive commercial activity through promotions, stock and events.
• Own briefings and communication to the team; support wellbeing initiatives.
• Ensure efficient shop operations, stock control, checkout processes and audits.
• Promote charity, ethical sourcing and environmental responsibility.
