Job summary

White Stuff in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Host to deliver outstanding customer experiences on the high street. You will drive sales, engage customers with our brand, and support in-store operations.

You will help with stock replenishment, floor displays, and multichannel shopping using the mPOS system, while staying compliant with data protection and store policies. A friendly, proactive team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm.
• Willingness to learn about product ranges and promotions.
• Commitment to delivering a standout customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Shop Manager within the Retail team.
• Meet the A.C.E pillars: Be Friendly, Be Inspiring, Be Invaluable.
• Promote multichannel shopping and use the mPOS system.
• Engage customers, sign up to email newsletters, and manage receipts with data protection in mind.
• Explain product features to support buying decisions.
• Support with stock replenishment, floor moves, and displays.
• Process deliveries and assist with stocktakes.
• Participate in events and in-store promotions.
• Uphold health, safety and internal procedures.
