Sainsbury’s is seeking a Customer Assistant to join our store team in Tonbridge. You’ll put customers first, help with shelf stock, and use digital tools to enhance service. You’ll contribute to a friendly, efficient shopping environment and represent our brand with pride.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service.
• Ready to help wherever customers need you, whether filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience.
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy and well-presented, and moving heavy loads to the correct store location.
• Building your knowledge of products, services and promotions to confidently make helpful recommendations to customers.
