Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service.
• Ready to help wherever customers need you—filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers, or selling products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience.
• Helping organise and move stock, keep shelves tidy and well-presented, and handle heavy loads to store locations.
• Building knowledge of products, services and promotions to confidently make helpful recommendations.
