Job summary

William Hill in Warrington is seeking a customer service focused Retail Team Member to welcome customers, process bets, and help customers use betting terminals. You'll be at the heart of the local community, delivering great service with a friendly, patient approach.

You will build relationships with customers, champion safer gambling, and support shop displays and opening/closing tasks. The role offers varied shifts between 8am and 10pm, with opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ (it's a legal requirement).
• Passion for delivering great customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and empathy skills with the ability to engage with customers from all walks of life.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers with a friendly face.
• Processing bets and assisting with customer queries.
• Helping customers by demonstrating how to use betting terminals.
• Building relationships with our customers and providing an excellent customer service.
• Championing safer gambling at all times.
• Supporting managers with shop displays and opening / closing activities as required.
