Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd is hiring a Customer Services Operative on a 3 Month Fixed Term Contract in Norfolk. The role involves being the first point of contact for service users, families and health providers, delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring correct product delivery and installation within timeframes.

You will support technicians and respond to queries with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience desirable.
• Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with service users, families and prescribers.
• Book delivery rounds for Technicians and Service Engineers.
• Ensure client and delivery details are accurate and updated in the system.
• Relay requirements to technicians and warehouse for emergency jobs.
• Answer emails, queries and complaints within agreed timeframes to a high standard.
• Assess Technician workload to keep daily jobs varied and balanced.
• Demonstrate empathy, remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
