Argos is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor in Tamworth to deliver exceptional service at tills, on website screens, and at the collection counter. You’ll assist customers, process payments, and handle refunds while keeping stock neat and stocked for a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, website screens, and the collection counter.
• Assist customers with product information, take payments, and process refunds.
• Keep the stock room neat and restock deliveries.
• Be present on the shop floor, helping customers with questions and providing product recommendations.
• Build product knowledge to provide recommendations.
