Job summary

Santander UK is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor in Sheffield. You’ll greet customers in-branch or by phone, handle everyday transactions, assist with technology in the banking hall, and help protect customers from fraud.

You’ll work 35 hours per week on a rotating shift between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday, joining a close-knit team that values flexible multi-skill delivery and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service from a face-to-face or telephony background.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions.
• Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
